30 September 2025 – Progress Communications, the PR, communications and marketing agency with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, won four awards at the Digital Communication Awards 2025 in Berlin. With standout campaigns for FRITZ! and Exotec, the Benelux agency distinguished itself in a strong European field.
The Digital Communication Awards are Europe’s leading awards for digital communication. Every year, hundreds of agencies and organisations from across Europe present their most innovative campaigns.
Progress Communications secured a top-three place in the Influencer Campaign and Brand Campaign categories with its FRITZ! Gaming campaign. Its campaign for Exotec, a specialist in warehouse robotics, also won two bronze awards, in B2B Communications and Multichannel Communication. These results demonstrate the agency’s impact across a range of sectors, from consumer technology and gaming to warehouse robotics and B2B tech.
From gaming to robotics: campaigns with impact
The FRITZ! campaign successfully positioned the popular routers within the rapidly growing gaming community. Through a carefully chosen mix of influencer partnerships, events, reviews, sponsored streams and technical storytelling, the agency placed the FRITZ! Router at the heart of the gaming ecosystem. The result? More than 1 million views through gaming influencers and an 80 per cent increase in visibility in gaming media.
For Exotec, Progress Communications developed a compelling human-first brand story around its Skypod robots in the Benelux. Within two years, Exotec went from being a little-known player to a top-two position in share of voice, generating 19 million impressions and a 100 per cent increase in website traffic.
“Four third-place finishes may sound modest, but in a European competition of this calibre, they represent significant recognition,” says Stella Jansen, managing director of Progress Communications. “They show that our integrated approach works for a wide variety of clients and markets, from the dynamic world of consumer tech and gaming to specialised logistics robotics.”
