The Digital Communication Awards are one of Europe’s most important honours for digital communication, annually celebrating the most innovative campaigns from hundreds of agencies and organisations.

Progress Communications’ success spanned multiple categories: the FRITZ! Gaming campaign achieved bronze in both the Influencer Campaign and Brand Campaign categories, while the work for Exotec, a leader in warehouse robotics, earned two bronze awards in B2B Communications and Multichannel Communication. These four awards confirm the agency’s strong impact across a variety of industries, from consumer technology and gaming to warehouse robotics and B2B tech.

From gaming to robotics: campaigns with impact
The FRITZ! campaign successfully positioned the popular routers directly within the rapidly expanding gaming community. Through a clever mix of influencer collaborations, events, reviews, stream sponsorship and technical storytelling, the agency plugged the FRITZ! Router into the heart of the gaming ecosystem. The result of this approach? More than 1 million views through key gaming influencers and an 80 percent increase in visibility in gaming media.

For Exotec, Progress Communications crafted a powerful ‘human-first’ brand narrative around their Skypod robots in the Benelux market. This strategy quickly transformed the company’s profile. Within two years, Exotec grew from an unknown entity to a top-2 player in share of voice, recording a total of 19 million impressions and achieving a 100 percent increase in website traffic.

Four bronze medals may sound like a modest achievement, but in a European competition of this calibre it is an important recognition,” says Stella Jansen, managing director of Progress Communications. “It proves that our integrated approach—which seamlessly combines PR, digital, and marketing efforts—works effectively across a wide spectrum of markets, from the dynamic consumer tech and gaming worlds to specialized logistics robotics.
