The certification is a recognition of our commitment to creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and involved. Each colleague has played a vital role in achieving this score. During our workation – the entire Progress team is currently working from beautiful Limburg this week – we discuss the results and look together at a few notable domains where we score high or low. Based on this, we want to focus on how to safeguard as well as improve our culture. Once again, we want to thank everyone who has contributed to this achievement.
